Terms of Service
These terms govern access to AgenziaHQ. Commercial order forms and signed agreements may add or replace terms for a specific customer.
Using AgenziaHQ
Customers may use the service for their authorized agency operations and must keep account credentials secure. Access may not be resold, abused, used to violate another service’s terms, or used to process information without appropriate permission.
Accounts and permissions
Agency owners control workspace membership and role permissions. Users must provide accurate information and may only access agencies, creators, and integrations they are authorized to manage.
Subscriptions and payments
Plan features, pricing, billing intervals, trial terms, and renewal details are defined at checkout or in an order form. Third-party payment and banking actions remain subject to the connected provider’s terms and final confirmation.
Third-party services
TikTok, WhatsApp, Gmail, PayPal, Wise, and other integrations are independent services. Availability can depend on provider approval, credentials, region, and API policy. AgenziaHQ does not guarantee an external provider’s uptime or approval.
Service changes and responsibility
We may improve or modify features while preserving the core service described in an active agreement. The service is provided subject to reasonable availability, security, and maintenance limits. Liability is limited as permitted by applicable law and the customer agreement.
