Information we collect
We may collect account and contact information, agency configuration, creator and staff records supplied by an agency, operational metrics, integration metadata, support requests, and security or usage logs. Connected providers only share information permitted by the agency and the provider authorization granted.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure the service, calculate authorized agency workflows, support users, improve reliability, communicate service updates, and meet legal obligations. AgenziaHQ does not sell personal information.
Agency and creator responsibilities
Each agency controls the records it adds to its workspace and is responsible for having an appropriate legal basis to process creator, manager, employee, and applicant information. Role-based controls are designed to limit access within each agency.
Storage, security, and retention
AgenziaHQ uses access controls, tenant isolation, audit records, and encrypted service providers. Information is retained while an account is active and as needed for contractual, security, backup, and legal purposes.
Your choices
Authorized users can update account information and request access, correction, export, or deletion where applicable. Some records may be retained when required for security, payment reconciliation, or legal compliance.
